Summary
The development of chronic venous disease (CVD) is based on venous hypertension, microcirculation disorders, inflammatory reaction, endothelial dysfunction and other processes that require complex prescription of drugs with the mandatory use of venotonics, symptomatic therapy, local treatment of trophic lesions and a mandatory rehabilitation program.
