Summary

The article deals with treatment of patients with ischemic stroke. In particular, it focuses on the treatment of post-stroke spasticity. The data of the study on the clinical efficacy and safety of the drug Muscomed in the treatment of spasticity in patients in rehabilitation period of ischemic stroke are presented.
