Various drugs based on UDCA are widely used to treat biliary sludge and dissolve cholesterol gallstones. An important place among them belongs to Choludexan, which has an optimal price-quality ratio. Choludexan is available in the form of capsules (UDCA 300 mg) for oral administration. UDCA in the composition of Choludexan is in the optimal chemical form with a high level of bioavailability, which increases the effectiveness of the drug. Choludexan is well tolerated by patients and can be administered for a long time required for effective litholysis. In Choludexan, UDCA is produced and controlled in accordance with the monograph of the European Pharmacopoeia.
