Abstract
The article deals with the relevance and prevalence of the problem of lower back pain, points out the risk factors for this pathology. From the standpoint of evidence-based medicine, taking into account the data of current clinical guidelines and researches, the paper highlights the features of the diagnostic approach, differential diagnosis and therapeutic interventions for lower back pain depending on its duration and course.
