Tension headache and cervicogenic headache: features of the clinical picture, diagnosis and treatment tactics

Abstract. The article presents modern diagnostic criteria for tensiontype headache and cervicogenic headache. Modern aspects of differential diagnosis and therapeutic approaches to both types of headache are described. The place of muscle relaxant (thiocolchicoside) in the comprehensive therapy of tension-type headache and cervicogenic headache is considered.
