Eslotin – a new modern drug against allergies

Over the last decade, the prevalence of allergic diseases among the population of Ukraine has increased several times.

Active metabolites of drugs that belong to the III generation of antihistamines have a safer and longer lasting effect (Muradova O.I. et al., 2015).

In this context, the drug ESLOTIN from World Medicine deserves special attention. It contains the primary active metabolite of loratadine – desloratadine, which has a significant antihistamine effect and eliminates all the main manifestations of allergy. Numerous studies have proved that desloratadine is practically the only blocker of H1-histamine receptors, demonstrating a permanent decongestive effect. Therefore, ESLOTIN can be used both for treatment of seasonal allergy (to plant pollen) and for elimination of reactions to household and food allergens. It is worth noting that the drug has not only antihistamine and anti-allergic, but also anti-inflammatory effect (Zhernosek V.F., 2016). The action of desloradatin begins 30 min after taking the drug and lasts about 24 h. The drug is taken 1 tablet once a day, regardless of food intake.

Due to its numerous advantages the drug ESLOTIN is a worthy representative of modern antihistamines, which effectively and safely eliminates symptoms of allergic reaction.
