Determination of the optimal scheme of administration of Cocarnite to rats with diabetic polyneuropathy using the tensoalgometric method

Summary

The change of pain threshold in rats with diabetic polyneuropathy and the efficacy of Cocarnit in the treatment of this complication has been studied, and the optimal scheme of drug administration has been determined. It is established that daily administration of the drug for 9 and 12 days has a positive effect on the nerve conduction and returns to normal response to the pain stimulus.
