Comprehensive therapy which includes application of multicomponent cocarnit, consisting of high and balanced doses of «B» group vitamins, coferments and metabolic substances with the traditional therapy, provides significant improvements in the effectiveness of treatment, reduction in the number of relapses in patients with chronic dermatosis.
