Before the start of treatment, all patients underwent sampling of material from the corneal infiltrate for bacteriological examination with the determination of sensitivity to antibiotics. In the course of treatment in all groups, there was an increase in visual acuity, corneal epithelialization. According to the results of the study, a reduction in the terms of regeneration of the cornea, the absence of side effects of the use of ciprofloxacin and tobramycin preparations in comparison with the preparation of chloramphenicol were revealed, which qualitatively improves the conditions of treatment and life of patients.
