The article presents results of the study of the possibility of the use of ursodeoxycholic acid preparation Choludexan for the treatment of biliary sludge. It has been established that this preparation is the drug of choice for patients with the presence of bladder sedimentation and symptoms of biliary dyspepsia, stipulated by hypokinetic bladder dysfunction. Choludexan promotes the liquidation of the intrahepatic cholestasis that is confirmed by the normalization of gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase levels after 30 days of therapy.
